For group classes in Aix en Provence:​

• On Tuesdays at 12:15AM, at the Jas de Bouffan Nord Social and Cultural Center on 8 Allées des Amandiers.

• On Wednesdays at 7 PM, at Espace 26B on 30 Boulevard François and Emile Zola, in a lovely space conducive to well-being and letting go, located less than 5-minute walk from the city center and 200 meters from the Bellegarde Parking. Semi-private classes with a maximum of 6 people.

I also offer at-home private classes, or in public places amidst nature, or virtually - I adapt to your needs and requests.

Beyond individual classes, special moments can be arranged for family, friends, or colleagues, such as yoga sessions for bachelorette parties, birthdays, baby showers, classes in nursing homes, clinics, maternity wards, businesses, seminars, or other occasions. I also provide support to students during periods of uncertainty and exams, helping them refocus and build self-confidence during stressful times.
