Reconnect with your body
Your body is speaking to you: do you know how to listen to its voice amidst the chaos of everyday life?
Perhaps you do, but you might not necessarily have the tools to hear it, too preoccupied and overwhelmed by the daily tumult.
Take some time for yourself, pause, disconnect from your screens, cultivate your "self-awareness," re-listen to and re-inhabit your body.

"Returning to the body, returning to the breath, returning to sensation, returning to one's inner being" like a mantra, a key to growth and well-being.
Body & Mind guidance
towards a holistic vision of the human being.
About me
Psychologist trained at the University of René Descartes (Paris V), EMDR Therapist trained in-person at the French Institute of EMDR, Hatha Yoga teacher, I have completed a 4-year in-person yoga teacher training course at the André Van Lysebeth School (680 hours).
I strongly believe and advocate for an approach that encompasses the body, the heart, and the mind.

The body is our vehicle; let's steer it in the right direction.
The body without the mind is empty, just as the mind without the body is lifeless. You cannot separate the body from the mind, and likewise, you cannot separate the mind from the soul.

As André Van Lysebeth once said, "The Yoga teacher imparts and teaches much more through who they are than through what they know. »
I offer you the opportunity to share my life experience, which has led me to cultivate harmony between the physical body and the mind, thus rediscovering a state of peace, well-being, and confidence.

My journey turned out to be not as linear as imagined, as significant health issues, with a stroke followed by cancer, obstructed my path. These obstacles have brought me a different perspective on life's fragility and the importance of reconnecting with the body, returning to oneself to embrace and overcome life challenges and events.
« The individual possesses within himself considerable resources to understand, perceive himself differently, change his fundamental attitudes, and his behavior towards himself. »
Carl Ransom Rogers, Psychologist.
